1. About JURIS
JURIS (jurisglobal.org) is an independent information platform on residence, citizenship and international mobility. It is currently operated by Carlo Alberto Rovere and Jethro Xavier Powers ("JURIS", "we", "us"). We are in the process of incorporating a company to operate JURIS, and we will update these terms when that happens. Contact: hello@jurisglobal.org.
2. Accepting these terms
By using jurisglobal.org, including the planning tool, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
3. Information, not advice
All content on JURIS, including route summaries, comparisons, budget filters and planning results, is general information only. It does not constitute legal, tax, immigration, financial or investment advice, and it does not take your full personal circumstances into account. You should obtain independent professional advice before making any decision or commitment.
4. Accuracy of information
We work to keep our information accurate and up to date, based on published sources at the date shown. However, residence and citizenship programmes, requirements, fees, processing times and tax rules change frequently, sometimes without notice. We do not guarantee that any information is complete, current or error-free. Always check requirements with the relevant official authority before acting.
5. No guarantee of outcomes
Decisions on visas, residence permits, citizenship and tax status are made solely by the competent authorities. JURIS does not guarantee eligibility, approval, processing times or any other outcome. Timing and budget figures shown in the planning tool are indicative only and are not quotes.
6. The planning tool
The planning tool is provided free of charge to help you explore possible routes. Your answers are stored in your browser tab and are only sent to us if you submit an enquiry. Results depend on the information you provide and on our published data, and may not include every available option.
7. Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client, advisory or contractual relationship with JURIS. We will review your enquiry and may respond with general information. We do not share your enquiry with third parties without your explicit consent, except for service providers used to operate JURIS as explained in our Privacy Notice.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to submit false information.
- Copy, scrape, extract or reuse our data or content in bulk, by automated means or otherwise, without our written permission.

10. Third-party links
The site may link to external websites, including official government sources. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, JURIS is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content, including any decision made on the basis of it.
