Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) is a renewable long-term residence programme for foreign nationals seeking a base in Malaysia. The federal programme offers four categories: Silver, Gold, Platinum and SEZ/SFZ. Requirements combine a Malaysian fixed deposit with a compulsory residential property purchase.
